Occasionally we come up against supply problems which means we have to substitute bits in our hampers. Don't worry anything we swap in will always be same value and quality (or higher) than the original, and we'll make sure it meets any dietary requirements. Just bear in mind if we do have to do a swap, the nutritional and allergy summaries on here might not be quite right.

Flower Care

Fill 2/3 of a clean vase with fresh water.

Remove any leaves that will sit below the water line.

Trim an inch off the stems every couple of days and replace the water, topping up as needed.

Keep your vase clean to reduce bacteria.

Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from all heat sources.

Delivery info

Order before 10am for next day delivery.

Standart delivery Tuesday - Saturday between 9am and 4pm is available for only £6.

Next day delivery before 1pm delivery is available for £15.

Choose next or named day delivery 5 days a week, excluding bank holidays.

All of our products are delivered by trackable courier.

Adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.

Early delivery may be required due to particular events nationwide, or in your area. Feel free to contact us for more information, or if you have any questions, before placing your order.

Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability of certain flowers and unforseen circumstances, it may be necessary for us to make the occasional substitution.

On these occasions, we always use the best match with the stem pictured, and it will always be of equal or higher value to the original option.

On the rare occasion that no suitable substitution exists, we will get in touch to find an alternative solution.
